This setting allows you to hide the Folder
Options function from the folder Tools menu. Allowing you to restrict
access to numerous advanced folder features.
Navigate the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer and create Dword value NoFolderOptions give the value 1.
