How to Air Print to ANY printer from your iPod, iPad or iPhone

Apple has introduced a ‘print’ button onto iPads, iPhones and iPods to allow you to print directly to a printer from your iOS device. Unfortunately  you need a special AirPrint enabled printer. Thankfully there is a free application called ‘AirPrint Activator’ that allows you to print to any printer, here’s where to get it and how to use it.

On your iPhone at the bottom of some apps is a ‘share’ button. If you click this button you get a menu of different ways to share the content, one of these options is ‘print’ as shown below.

To save any image while surfing the internet

Tap the image you want to save and hold it for a moment. A save picture option will be prompted and you can save that image very easily.

To Enjoy Multi-Tasking in IPad

If you want to switch between any task without closing the running program, you should,

• Double click on the ipad HOME button.
• Touch the application you want to open from the list shown at the bottom of the home screen.
• You may need to swipe the icons to find yours when many tasks are running.

To secure data to be leaked in IPad

If your ipad contains some confidential and valuable data, you can prevent it to get leaked. All you need to Settings → General →Passcode Lock → Erase Data. It erases all the valuable data when your passcode, set for the ipad, is wrongly typed 10 times.

To Copy and Paste Texts on IPad

Tap a word and drag it to select the texts you want to copy, tap “Copy”. Open another application and tap and hold the “input box”. Tap “Paste”. That’s it. If you want to copy a whole paragraph, then you should tap it 4 times and highlight the text block you want to copy. Then follow the above step to copy and paste.

To mute the sound quickly in IPad

Tap and hold the “volume down”  button just for 2 seconds.

To maximize your ipad battery life

• Try to keep your ipad away from the direct sunlight.
• Turn on Bluetooth only when it is needed and turn off after using it.
• Screen brightness should be reduced.
• Just disable or reduce the system sounds.
• Try to use WI-Fi network where possible instead of 3G.
• Disable “vibration” while playing games.
• You must discharge your ipad battery fully at least once in a month.
• Set your ipad settings for your screen to be locked quickly.
